SILVIA TRAINA

Silvia Traina, our pastry chef from Azzano San Paolo, Bergamo, has always been passionate about baking. Growing up in a family that values cooking and shared meals, Silvia's early experiences baking with her mother shaped her career choice. She received her foundational training at Pasticceria Morlacchi, where she gained essential skills and experience. Seeking a new challenge, Silvia joined Libertà, marking her first foray into the restaurant industry. Her love for creating desserts, particularly cakes, led her to start offering them at Libertà, where they quickly gained popularity. Silvia's dedication and expertise now drive our pastry shop, adding a special touch to our culinary offerings.
