CHEF SILVIO ARMANNI
From a quaint village near Bergamo in northern Italy, Chef Silvio Armanni's three main passions were born: Cooking pasta with his grandmother and aunt; Rock’n roll music, inspired by his uncle Ezio; Football, as a devoted Atalanta fan.
SUPPLIERS
Suppliers with names. Our suppliers are part of the outcome of our work; we like to consider them as part of the team. They are the first to guide us and provide us with the finest seasonal ingredients and products so that we can carry out our menu. It is with them that we begin our day-to-day operations.

Our cocktail bar plays a significant role at Libertà, which is why our bartender, Celso Andrade, has crafted a balanced menu featuring signature cocktails while also honoring clasisc italian and international cocktails.
La Pasticceria
Silvia Traina, our pastry chef from Azzano San Paolo, Bergamo, has always been passionate about baking. At La Pasticceria, Silvia Traina brings her vision of classic, clean, and timeless pastries to life. She focuses on the importance of both appearance and flavor. Her creations are the "old but gold" classics, enhanced with modern techniques and subtle flavor twists while staying true to tradition.
